Our client is a highly regarded law firm specializing in commercial and business litigation. Our dedicated team provides strategic representation to clients involved in complex disputes. We are seeking an experienced and driven Commercial/Business Litigation Attorney to join our growing litigation team.

Position Overview:
As a Commercial/Business Litigation Attorney, you will handle a diverse range of litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, and partnership conflicts. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in litigation, excellent advocacy skills, and a passion for delivering results for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of commercial/business litigation, from initial case assessment through trial and appeals.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda related to commercial/business disputes.
• Represent clients in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and courtroom proceedings.
• Collaborate with clients to develop litigation strategies tailored to their business needs.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on developments in commercial/business litigation laws.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the State Bar.
• Minimum of 3+ of experience as a Commercial/Business Litigation Attorney.
• Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload and meet critical deadlines.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
